"This is titled "The Bucket List That Never Ends," Jordan began his vows.
Jordan and Kendra became Mr. and Mrs. Reed yesterday under a beautiful hexagon wedding arch made by Kendra's father. The ceremony at The Barn at Kennedy Farm was shaded under lush trees, and the seats were filled with close friends and family.
This wedding was so meaningful to me because the Reed family was a special part of my childhood growing up. I loved the chance to see someone so kind and sweet marry the person who compliments him so beautifully. Every single person in the room saw the love the two have for each other.
Kendra was beyond eager to walk down the aisle and finally get to say I do! She couldn't contain her excitement as she did a little dance and a fun short handshake with her dad while she hid inside the venue before the walk down the aisle to see her groom.
The two met in 2012 back in high school and began dating shortly after. Their proposal is one of my favorite stories. When the two began dating, they started a bucket list together. On that bucket list was ice skating, which they decided to knock off the list on Jordan's birthday. Jordan pretended to fall, waiting for Kendra to help him up. When she didn't come to his rescue, he pretended to fall a second time. This time, he came up onto one knee and pulled out the ring box. A stranger skated by screaming, "Let's Go!" which created their unique hashtag for their wedding day.
I had the greatest honor capturing Mr. and Mrs. Reed's wedding day, and I am beyond excited to be sharing these previews with you.
